Moving right along...
As Kermit would say- things are moving right along... My first day of work was paperwork and meeeting people. It was just one of those comfortable things- a tree's worth of paper, good people, cubicle farm, and I even got my computer today with ArcGIS on it! Yay to the mapping power.

Congratulations on the new job. We won't ever meet each other, but I just wanted to say, as a fellow GS employee: 1. act like you own the place. 2. don't do anything you know is wroing. 3. think carefully about what exactly the policy is in each situation you encounter. (Hint: policy is everything government does, and everything government does not do.) 4. smile. Cheers. You will make a difference, I can tell.
